“Sounds like if you mixed Korn with The Specials.” - Unknown man at gig.
We are Pörk. We aim to offer you noise loud enough to shake your genitals and filthy enough to impregnate you. Regardless of your gender.
Formed originally in September 2013, reformed in the current guise in September 2015, Pörk are a grunge/stoner outfit hailing from the West Midlands. Acclaimed for their memorable performances and devilishly heavy approach to their craft, Pörk have made themselves a name in the surrounding areas and are only moving on to bigger and better things.
The band released an album called “Cogito Ergo Sum” in November 2016. It’s on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon and Google Play but the band’s called “Pork UK” because our distributor hates umlauts and our name is really unoriginal. Our second album, 'Thank God In Advance,' was released in 2019 in much the same way.
Pörk played their last gig on 29th Nov 2019.
