Portrait of a Nightmare

Portrait of a Nightmare (PoaN) is an Industrial Hard Rock/Metal band based out of Orange County, California, that blends the power and aggression of hard rock and metal with the modern electronic elements of industrial music to create a sound that is intense, danceable, and appealing to a wide audience.
The core members of PoaN are Pascal Simpkins (Vocals) and Stosh (Lead Guitar), who have been writing together since 2009. Since then, the band has gone through several lineups, from permanent members to hired guns. Live, the band performs as a 4-6 piece.
The band's live shows are known to be powerful, high-energy, and captivating, earning them critical acclaim and a dedicated fan base that continues to grow. PoaN has previously been nominated for best new band at the OC Music Awards and featured in local print papers.
After a substantial hiatus, the band is ready to release its full debut album titled "I Still Remain" with 11 tracks lined up, they hope to build on the momentum behind the three-song EP "Reach Inside". The album was produced, mixed, and mastered by Logan Mader (MachineHead, DevilDriver, Five Finger Death Punch, Gojira). They are excited to share their latest work and are confident it will take their music to the next level. On July 10, PoaN will release the single “Overdrive”, which will be the final release before the full album is available.
