Psycho Toaster? What the heck is Psycho Toaster? We can tell you: Austria’s heaviest stoner rock band! Heavy riffs, bluesy solos & thundering drums – three ingredients making up the toast, ready to be toasted by a power trio, which is pushing it right up through the rooftop!
Konstantin Gober (Git/Vocals), Matthias Traupmann (Bass) & Martin Hasler (Drums) do like to eat toast very much and are rocking together since 2013. Make sure to be ready once you heed the battle call: “Let’s get toasted!”
On Friday, 13th of March, the self-titled debut album was released. available as download, CD & Vinyl.
Influences: Corrosion Of Conformity, Orange Goblin, Black Sabbath
Looking at the musical handwriting of the band, it’s getting clear that each song resonates a certain heaviness; still with energetic refrains a diverse and harmonic atmosphere is built. Classic heavy-metal as well as groove/doom/stoner influences had a solid impact on their debut album. The Danzig-like voice gives the whole mix an interesting touch, leaving you with a top-notch production which demands to be heard on repeat.
Being on stage since 2017, Psycho Toaster already supported international acts like She Loves Pablo & Hellhooka, rocked stages of local music festivals & played in front of 1000 people.
