Originally formed out of high school, Greenville SC’s Quality Time has hit the ground running after a brief hiatus in 2019. With a slew of shows and an Upstate Music Award for “Best Video” under their belt, vocalist and rhythm guitarist Pearson Parham, lead guitarist Kyle Grant and drummer Jonathan Vandersloot are determined to make a name for themselves in the regional and national music scenes. Their latest album “Staring at the Ceiling From a Cold Bed” was released in 2021, and they have already followed it up with a new single. “Recliner” was fully engineered at their own Quality Time Studios–a fully functional recording studio on Parham’s property, which he hopes will become a creative hotbed for artists.
