Quarteto Nova Bossa is a bossa quartet that hails from the Rio de Janeiro hood of Flamengo. They first entered the studio to create a jazzy version of the Musica Popular do Brasil (MPB) hit <a href="spotify:track:1JnqH3evmEeg33S9NixnoC" data-name="Mais Que Nada">Mais Que Nada</a>. They decided that they liked the soundboard so much that they jumped at the chance to return and participate in a unique crossover project creating bossa nova bersions of K Pop hits. (<a href="spotify:album:6nh7UFD0A8tifTPUzbmfBp" data-name="Bossa n' K-pop">Bossa n' K-pop</a>). Joining forces with artists like <a href="spotify:artist:6LH7SUgERTDqDlpc2APvZu" data-name="Lee Avril">Lee Avril</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6TSXGApP0Fwfc6MzoPphil" data-name="Os Alquimistas">Os Alquimistas</a> and others, they took the leap and brought a touch of Brazil to Korean Pop.
