Rackett

RACKETT is an all girl band from Sydney, Australia. Lead by Rebecca Callander (Beks) the band moved quickly from virtual anonymity to playing in major theatres and festivals throughout Australia. Appearing as main support for The Darkness on their 2018 National Australia tour, the band consisted of Rebecca Callander (lead vocals and guitar), Ally Gaven (bass), Kat Ayala (lead guitar) and Astrid Holz (drums).

In 2018 RACKETT was selected by The Rubens to compete in a global live performance competition by Youtube; EXTRA Support Act. The band's live performance of their original song 'Tried to Quit' peaked at 550,000 views on Youtube. The band were crowned 2017 winner of 'Rockin The Puburbs' and completed a 23 date regional tour of Australia.

Since November 2019, the band have gone on to produce their work with lead singer and songwriter, Rebecca Callander focusing on making indie-pop music as Beks. For now, the band are working on solo projects, embracing the experience and skills they honed as members of RACKETT.
