Rafael Lorga

Rafael Lorga is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, and musician based in Rio de Janeiro. He is a founding member of the band Pietá, a trio formed with Juliana Linhares and Frederico Demarca. Pietá blends theatricality with music, creating an authorial repertoire that combines tradition and contemporary elements. The band has released three albums: Leve o que quiser (2015), Santo Sossego (2019), and Nasci no Brasil (2024).

In August 2025, Lorga released his debut solo single, "Te Hago Una Canción," composed during a tour in Mexico. The song reflects his fascination with the country and his desire to build bridges across Latin America. It was produced by Lorga himself, with co-production by Claudio Nucci, and features bass by Fabio Sá.

Lorga's solo work showcases his versatility and commitment to exploring new musical territories, while still honoring his roots in Brazilian music.
