Raid Kyu

Raid Kyu is a DJ and Composer known for his unique style which blends Turntablism and Piano with beautifully weird Synth textures. As a composer he worked on numerous Theater and Film soundtracks and released two instrumental albums. One is called “Little Box”, which is an conceptual work combining music and photography. The Exhibition called “Listen to the pictures, look at the music” based around “Little Box” was displayed in Belgrade, Zürich among other cities. On his new album “12 Rooms” he continues to merge musical and visual art, by combining his music with short comics and illustrations. As a Turntablist he was featured on releases by some of the greatest names of the international and Balkan Hip Hop scene (Dj Revolution, Q-Bert, Premier, Jazzy Jeff - Marčelo, Frenkie, Smoke Mardeljano), and worked with some major music tech brands like Native Instruments, Pioneer and Reloop.


He continues to explore the musical and sonic possibilities of the Turntables, Synths and Piano through genres like Hip Hop, Electronica, Ambient and Future Jazz.
