Singer, performer, music producer and all around musician - Raj Pandit, hails originally from Kashmir. Though raised in Mumbai, Raj has deep roots in Kashmir and Kashmiri music through his
family - notably his mother, Neerja Pandit, a renowned Kashmiri artist.
For the last 12 years+, Raj has been working with @Salim–Sulaiman on countless films and
records. His Bollywood repetoire includes songs like @Oh Jaaniya along with Salim Merchant & Shreya Ghoshal, Oh Saaiyaan - From "The Power" along with Arijit Singh, Peer Manaawan Challiyaan with Sukhwinder Singh from Coke Studio, the Official IPL 2016 Anthem, Poori Qaaynaat with Vishal Dadlani and the title track of Varun Dhawan starter Coolie No. 1. Raj began his journey in independent music in 2021 with his debut single Vibe, followed by songs like Gallaan Teriyaan with Jonita Gandhi, Rehn De, Maahaul & songs like Haal Chaal & Hote Hote Reh Gaya featuring Sukriti Kakar.
Raj has contributed immensely to Salim Sulaiman's flagship albums - Bhoomi 2020, Bhoomi 2021, Bhoomi 2022 & Bhoomi 2023, having co-produced the albums with them and sung on multiple tracks, including one of their top hits Naazneen.
Raj has been singing & performing with Salim Sulaiman Live since 2013, across the globe in countries like US, Canada, UK, UAE, Singapore, Russia, etc. He has performed with them at prestigious music festivals like WOMAD (UK), Mela Festival (Norway) and NH7 (India).
