Ramita Arora is an Indian-Canadian singer/songwriter. Ramita writes for book lovers and coffeehouse fanatics like herself, creating folky-pop songs that are cute, fun and sometimes sad. She also creates cinematic themes that are emotional and dramatic, but somehow, always acoustic.
Ramita graduated from Berklee College of Music and has been writing and producing music since. In 2019, she received Top Honours in the Indie International Songwriting Competition in the Folk/Acoustic category for her song “Roses”. She loves to teach music and started Write The Next Song, a songwriting blog to inspire and motivate songwriters.
