Cosmas Paul Mfoy, popularly known as Rapcha, is a Tanzanian rapper, songwriter, and singer known for his sharp lyricism and storytelling. Born on September 23, 1999, in Shinyanga, he rose to fame through his outstanding freestyles, catching the attention of P-Funk Majani, who signed him to Bongo Records in 2019.

He gained recognition with Amen (2020) featuring Lady Jaydee, followed by the hit Lissa (2021), which topped charts in Tanzania and Kenya. His To The Top series (Vol.1 in 2022, Vol.2 in 2023) cemented his status, earning him a nomination for Best Rap Song at the 2024 Tanzania Music Awards.

In 2025, Rapcha began his journey as an independent artist, marking a new era of his career.
