Singer and Songwriter Thandolwethu Iwandlekazi Ndlovu, Raspy was born and bred in a small town, Empangeni. The Rnb/Soul/Amapiano talent has always believed that her words and love for music would reach out to the masses.
Before singing her first love was writing,
Raspy started writing in her early stages of primary. In High School She started writing a lot of Poetry but later decided to write Songs
Her earliest memories of music were inspired by her Role models Whitney Houston, New Edition, Michael Jackson Brian Thusi, Hugh Masikela, Letta Mbulu and many more talented acts from all over the world
Recent inspirations are artists like Yebba, Mereba, SZA & Tems to mention a few. Interestingly these are artists she will soon be working with on the world stage and on record to further exemplify why she is the future of Music.
