Latin pop singer Raúl (born Raúl Fuentes Cuenca) began singing at a very young age, inspired by popular Spanish artists. He soon debuted on a local TV show and participated in a contest called En Busca De Estrellas. In 1998, Raúl started touring Basque Country's club circuit, coming in second place after taking part in Eurocanción 2000 with "Sueño Su Boca," the title-track of his platinum first album, which was released in May 2000. Haciendo Trampas followed in June 2001, featuring the hit single "Prohibido." ~ Drago Bonacich
