Raveyards

Raveyards is an electronic dance project that arose from the Belgian underground scene and pushes the boundaries of rave, techno, hip hop, industrial and live performance. Raveyards started in 2012 with the idea of bringing an all-encompassing audiovisual project. During live shows, the band is lined up in between the crowd using mesh screens and projections with psychedelic visuals to make the trip complete.
The music is characterized by hypnotic, dark tracks with intense climaxes and heavy beats.

Raveyards now consists of Joris Casier (STAKE) and Francois De Meyer (GHOST, Audiotheque, Villa, KYEM). The band has evolved into an exciting and energetic liveproject that brings digital music - electroclash, dance & hip-hop - in its most organic form.

Raveyards played at numerous venues and festivals in Belgium and the UK, I Love Techno, Deep in The Woods, Kompassklub, Recyclart. The band also forms the roots of the art festival ‘GHOST’ that already organized over 20 underground carrousels on gloomy locations all over Belgium.

In 2020 they released their album ‘Recollect’, a punky crossover between hip-hop and industrial. Their new EP is due the first half of 2023.
