Renée Fortune was born for music and is now an ordained Evangelist. Though Renée may be labeled by many as a Gospel Jazz & Soca artiste, she definitely showcases her versatility in performing a wide range of musical genres which includes Afrobeats, Reggae, and Soca. With her first popular hit single "Freedom," Renée continued to pursue her passion for exploring various genres. The powerful testimony of her miracle pregnancy which resulted in the birth of her son inspired the penning of her Afro-fusion hit single in 2022, "Oluwa Is."
Through the buzz of this single, her exceptional vocal skills were recognized in numerous awards and competitions globally such as: Finalist of the 2022 Engage Arts International competition, taking home one of the "Honorable Mention" awards for Production & Artistic Expression 4-time Nominee in the 2023 Gospel Music Awards of Trinidad and Tobago, winning the "2023 Music Video of the Year" award.
Renée's music is all about expressing adoration to God, through which others are encouraged to seek a closer, personal relationship with Him, and experience the blessings and joy in this life.
