Hailing from Northern Norway, the four-pieceband presents fresh Norwegian poprock, especially known for their energetic live shows!
December 2012, five very young gentlemen were getting ready to play at the local secondary school's Christmas prom. But this time they were stepping into a new direction, from covering Metallica to singing songs in their native tongue. Just after this, their lead singer decided to quit as other interests occured to the 15 year old lad. Keyboard player Emil, who were also 15 at the time, took the position. From then on they started writing original songs and besides, they needed a new name (preferably in norwegian since they now sung in norwegian). 9th of January 2013 they entered the music scene as Resirkulert. Their first show as Resirkulert was at the local UKM competition with the two first originals: Kommando and Lørdagsgodt. This took them to the national finals, where they were chosen to represent Norway in the international Imagine Music Experience 2013. With all this happening the first year, they believed this could become something bigger. And it did. Since then, they have recorded two studio albums, had several singles radiolisted (such as "Nederst på lista" and "Over vannet"), and played at the biggest festivals in Norway (Øyafestivalen, Slottsfjell and Bukta to mention some) -even Qooqqut festival in Greenland!
In 2023 they celebrate 10 years! And they emphasize this by heading for their goodbye tour...AND release new music!
