Jersey born and raised, RetcH started out making music like most kids, just for fun. Never really taking music seriously due to his street activity in New Jersey, he still managed to build a large, cult-like following. After being acquitted on all charges on March 8, 2018, he began to take his music career more serious with the release of “After the Verdict” which featured collaborators Roc Marciano, Dave East and fellow Jersey native, Tsu Surf. Following up with the more chaotic “Richer Than The Opps” he demonstrated his versatility with the two projects being so sonically different.

Being as charismatic as he is among his industry peers and on social media, this landed him a vocal sample on Pharrell and Rihanna’s record “Lemon” solidifying him on a marquee with such caliber artists. Still troubled with past legal issues, not long after releasing his titled “Still Going Up” EP, the sequel to an earlier offering “Still Up”, he was arrested for a violation of probation to which he was incarcerated for 15 months. Upon his release his growth as an artist has been undeniable. His latest body of work “Administrative Segregation” is arguably his most personal and heartfelt ballad to date with 12 tracks of pure emotion and uncut lyricism.
