Rick Farin is a multi-disciplinary visual artist & musician best known for co-founding seminal creative agency Actual Objects. He first made a name for himself by crafting highly acclaimed electronic music under the alias Eaves in 2015, before eventually taking a step back from music in 2019 to fully focus on his booming career as a visual artist. Since then, Rick has worked on groundbreaking creative campaigns for many of the most avant-garde artist and brands out today including Travis Scott, Kali Uchis, Yves Tumor, Joji, Marine Serre, Charli XCX, Caroline Polachek, Bad Bunny, and Virgil Abloh, leading Dazed to recognize AO as one of their Dazed100 honorees in 2023.
In 2024, Rick returns to his musical roots with a new musical project under his real name, that has the artist merging all of his talents to create an immersive 10-track audio-visual debut album entitled ‘Wretched’, that will be released November 8th via THANKS Recordings. The genre-melting project features guest appearances from Eartheater, Lecx Stacy, Sega Bodega, and more. Rick has punctuated his reemergence by touring with the likes of Shygirl and Sega Bodega across North America and playing an extensive run of electronic music festivals throughout Europe such as MIRA and Unsound.
