Ritual Moon is influenced by black metal, thrash, death metal, doom, and the human experience. Formed in late 2018 in Los Angeles, California, the duo released their first demo in March 2019. After playing a few live shows, they felt they needed a bassist to complete the line up and sound. The band has been a trio since August 2019 and released their first album, Ritual Moon I, on January 13th, 2021. Splits with other bands such as Black Knife and Harlequin are also part of the musical vault.
Current members are Belen (vocals/guitar), Rachel (bass/backup vocals), and Derrik (drums).
