Marrying his gritty accent with real-life accounts of hustle and struggle, Birmingham-based rapper RK has become renowned for his unreserved authenticity and documentation of the Block.
The self-labelled Brum Town Baby, RK started rapping from 15 and was making music in a serious manner by 18. A path often travelled; it soon became clear that RK was deserved a place at the top of Birmingham’s re-emerging music scene thanks to his array of comedic and harrowing bars.
