Robert Ball

From Toronto, Canada Robert went to 'Fame' - like 'Claude Watson Arts Program' and later studied at Humber College. He has traveled to over 60 countries as an artist as well as a featured vocalist/headliner with Royal Caribbean Int. Robert has been a part of various Musical Theater readings and workshops working with Tony Winner @LilliasWhite & Grammy Nominee @CarolWoods naming a few. He has sung background for @KimBurrell and opened for artists @MaryMary, @CeceWinans, @KarenClark-Sheard, @FredHammond, @GordonChambers, @KeshiaChante & many more. He’s worked with @RayAngry (the Roots Band), @MelissaMusique (Shaggy), @RobbiePatterson (Snow), @Promise (Hip-Hop Artist). His original music has been on hit TV show 'Degrassi' and has played on radio in Europe, Canada & the US, most recently he has been touring his new EP "Need" & single "Breathe" hitting events such as Brooklyn Pride, DC pride and Jamaica Pride. Also making appearances on major Canadian TV Chanel's CTV & CP24.
Robert is a versatile singer songwriter with a Soulful voice and Jazz sensibilities. Having sung everything from Broadway to Pop, R&B to Country. His sound has been described as soulful, jazzy, Neo-soul!
Robert is influenced by the great vocalists of our time; from crooners and jazz greats like @NatKingCole and @SarahVaughn, R&B/Motown super stars @MarvinGaye, @StevieWonder and @LutherVandross, contemporary soul singers @JillScott and @D'Angelo to funk performers @Prince, @RickJames and @ChakaKhan.<br>
