Born and raised in Venice, California, ROE is a Grammy Award-winning vocalist and songwriter signed to Universal Music Publishing Group. The songstress boasts rich, melodic vocals that bring life to her skilled pen. After years of working as a songwriter behind the scenes, ROE stepped into her truest form in 2020 with the release of her debut single “I Like” which earned the second spot on Billboard’s Most Added R&B Song Radio Charts (2020).
