Ruingást was born from the ashes of the past, a reincarnated entity of the old obscure project Cave Dweller, which never fully realised its potential in the scene.

With a renewed vision and a view to create a claustrophobic, haunting mix of grim, raw and violent black metal merged with ghostly atmospherics and cavernous death metal, Ruingást sole creator, Blackwood, aims to take the listener on a ghastly and nightmarish journey to the world beyond the veil.
