Ryan’s music feeds from the influences of classic prog rock bands such as <a href="spotify:artist:2Hkut4rAAyrQxRdof7FVJq" data-name="Rush">Rush</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:5NXHXK6hOCotCF8lvGM1I0" data-name="Porcupine Tree">Porcupine Tree</a>, along with various other genres like dream pop, new wave, rock, and grunge. Over the years, he has cultivated a rich artistic vision that allows him to channel his most transcendental thoughts and feelings through his vast musical knowledge.

Ryan’s musical journey began with his childhood love for the guitar. His earlier influences in progressive rock nurtured a deep passion and dedication for music, leading him to excel in his professional music studies. He graduated with honours from the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford and pursued a master’s in composition at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, where he also currently teaches.

He has also played with various rock bands, including the six-year project <a href="spotify:artist:4AZRiedTtXjrvp6MOVwH27" data-name="Eden Shadow">Eden Shadow</a>, and several ongoing projects like the trio <a href="spotify:artist:3MXG1nwSxDT743diiW1E3s" data-name="The Kinky Wizards">The Kinky Wizards</a> and the band Kite Parade, among others.
