Sachin Raj is an Indian playback singer and composer, working in the Malayalam film industry. He started his career in playback singing after singing in the movie Basheerinte Premalekhanam with the song 'Pranayamaanithu'.
Other hit numbers soon followed including 'Manamariyunnolu' and 'Innale njanoru' from Porinju Mariam Jose, 'Kalabhavan Mani Tribute Song' from Oru Adar Love, 'Naadu Vaazhuka'from Kayamkulam Kochunni, 'Eenthola' from Argentina Fans Kaattoorkadavu and 'Maanikya kiliye' from Shylock.
Sachin had sung several songs in Malayalam and also made his Kannada debut in 2019. Sachin is the second child of B Rajagopala Menon, retired professor and music teacher at MAHS ( Mar Athanasius High School ) and Sudha Rajagopal, accounts officer BSNL Kerala. He is also the grandchild of famous actor Kalamandalam Kesavan. Sachin is graduated in Computer Science and post-graduated in Master of fine arts (MFA). He is working as a UX designer in Kochi. He got married to V.Nisthula and has a daughter Devanshi S Menon.
Sachin is trained in Carnatic music from a very young age by his father B Rajagopala Menon. He has sung for various music directors like Gopi Sundar, Shaan Rahman, Jakes Bejoy, and Prashant Pillai. He is the co-founder of a band called 'Analog Signal'.
