Safari - these are the viennese-swedish brothers Tobias and Daniel Hämmerle, who have been making music since childhood and complement each other perfectly as a creative duo. Their style is electro-pop-rock, characterised by their parents' vinyl collection, which ranges from children's fairy tales to 60s and 70s classics to the frowned upon 80s. The result is a non-binding potpourri of styles, flavoured with a touch of madness. With a playful love of experimentation, Safari always choose the crazier path, creating a sound world full of surprising twists and turns and broad instrumentation. In 2019, they released their first album Shakalaka on the Inkmusic label, which brought their unique style to a wider audience. Today, a few years later, the brothers are convinced: the world needs Safari again - fresh sounds that awaken, surprise and open up new musical paths with boundless creativity.
