Sage Ray

Fresh out of high school, Sage packed his 2006 Nissan Maxima and made the trek from Charlotte, North Carolina to Huntington Beach, California to pursue his musical dreams. Since launching his career, Sage has been serving in the missions field, singing, writing, producing, and learning to navigate his calling.

Now 21 years old, Sage has a relatable edge and a resolute attitude towards life and love. He’s also managed to create a sound all his own – a refreshing blend of emo-pop, rock, and hip-hop.

His latest single “She’s Worth It” is the follow-up to his December 2020 single, “Goodbye Stage."

“I wrote this song during a difficult relationship,” shares Sage.

“While she was healing from her past, I was giving my guts loving her the best I knew how. Our dynamic caused lots of disconnect and bad communication and I think most people would’ve given up. In fact, lots of people told me I should. But I learned that real love is laying my life down for others. Loving even harder when things get tough. Committing and persisting through something many in my world said was hopeless was one of the most beautiful, vulnerable experiences I ever had, and I’d never trade it."
