A true star of live children’s entertainment, former Yellow Wiggle, Sam Moran, has starred on both ABC and Nickelodeon. Known to parents and children worldwide as the lead singer of The Wiggles and Nick Jr.’s Play Along With Sam, no other talent can guarantee greater family audience response.

With The Wiggles, Sam toured the world 10 times over, including an unprecedented 18 sold-out shows at New York City’s Madison Square Garden. As the Yellow Wiggle, Sam recorded over 10 albums & DVD releases in addition to two television series; winning five Australian Recording Industry Awards (ARIAs) as well as being entered into the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2011.

In 2009, he received an Honorary Doctorate from Sydney’s Macquarie University in the area of Children’s Education and Psychology.

In 2013, Sam released the first of five subsequent solo albums of original songs and educational tunes from his Play Along With Sam series on Nick Jr, with the series remaining a daily viewing staple for many families across Australia. Each of his solo studio albums received nominations at the ARIA awards in the ‘Best Children’s Album’ category, and culminated with his first solo ARIA Award in 2015. This win added a gusto to Sam’s earlier accolades, and was a celebration of Sam’s 20 year career as children’s entertainer.
