Sameera Bashir was brought up in the Riverina town of Narrandera on the Murrumbidgee River.
It was here at a young age that she found herself transfixed to the television watching "Countdown" emulating artists, trying to put her fingers on the guitar strings in the same manner and matching vocal for vocal some of the greats of the Australian music Industry.
Since then she has formed bands such as Section Five, Pheonix rising, Zebra Factor, Raw Sugar, Sameera and the midnight express, and The Ziggurat.
Sameera has 5 Original music Albums released on the music platforms such as Spotify, I Tunes, Amazon etc covering a wide range of genres. With some songs and productions making finalist awards in Musicoz, Blues awards and Apra's Professional Development Awards
At Present she is doing Solo show's covering a wide diversity of cover songs from country, blues, rock and pop from the 70's to today's hit's.
