Sanndrømt is a Norwegian indie folk rock duo formed in 2018 by Cecilie Ajer Verpe and Esben Meyer Kristensen. The words of the lyrics, all penned down by singer/songwriter Cecilie, are all genuine and based on real life events, while one-man-band Esben adds the music. They're both hard workin' musicians with a lot going on in addition to Sanndrømt. Cecilie released her first single as a soloartist in late 2017 and added her second tune in the summer of 2018. Esben is the frontman & songwriter of country rock band Wild Whens, the other half of heavy metal duo Eightysix as well a soloartist under the name Esben Meyer. They've known each other for quite some time and stand on common ground when it comes to music making, as a result, Sanndrømt was born.
