Sarah Bugar is an indie-pop artist from near Munich who turns vulnerability into strength and everyday moments into cinematic emotions.
Originally trained as a cook and hairdresser, she rediscovered herself during the 2020 lockdown — writing songs alone in her childhood room and choosing music as her life’s path.
Since then, Sarah has built her own space in the indie scene with raw honesty, intimate lyrics, and powerful live performances. Together with producer Thomas Eifert (Kytes, L'Aupaire, Jules Ahoi), she has crafted a sound full of depth, warmth and cinematic energy.
She has toured across Europe, performed with Now Ex, Henry and the Water, and Kim Churchill, and appeared at festivals like Waves Vienna, Pinot and Rock, Sommernachtstraum, Freakstock, and Theatron MusikSommer.
In November 2025, she will release her album “Stories Untold” — a diary-like journey through self-doubt, empowerment, loss and hope. With singles like Better Off, To The Sea, Not Your Maybe, Keep Your Head Up High and Sad Clown, she invites listeners into the most intimate corners of her life and encourages them to trust their voice — especially when the world feels loud.
Sarah’s art reminds us:
True strength is quiet — and deeply human
