Author/Emcee/SongWriter 'Savion Maurice' was born on December 17th, 1996 just outside of Washington, D.C in Montgomery, MD before moving to Raleigh, NC in 2011. Savion soon relocated to Charlotte, N.C in 2015.
After gaining much respect as a local rapper with his unique flow, message and genuine personality, his ambitious nature would soon lead him to the top of his genre. His admirable love for not only music, but people, makes him one of a kind.
At the age of 17, Savion began writing music. Composing several pages of rhymes and memorable hooks, Savion already had an album in the process. That album soon became the counterpart to his book.
Being released on December 16th, 2017 "Mansanity: The Album" was introduced. Serving as the personal life story and introduction to the world, it was only the tip of the iceberg.
Hit record's like "Changes " featuring close friend Connor "Eastwood" Egan, gained much traction over Soundcloud & Social media.
Savion has accomplished more than any traditional independent artist, though his journey has only just begun! The self proclaimed 'Gods Poet' plans on making his mark by any means necessary, his faith in God wields it so.
Currently, there is so much more in the works with his record label Think Music™. We are all excited to see what Savion will come up with next!
