Screwface

Brent John, artiste name Screwface is a recording and spoken word artiste from the beautiful twin Island of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. He started singing at the age of 11 when he entered a calypso competition in his Secondary school and came 3rd. He started in the industry in 2005 with his first single "Hardship" which got some airplay on local and international radio stations, also internet radio. He did a music video for hardship that was on rotation on synergytv. He has been on the freespeech project which broadcasted on 96.1fm, He sat on the Board of Directors of Roots FoundationTT from 2007 to 2016, a registered member of the Copy Rights Organization of Trinidad and Tobago (COTT) since 2005.
In 2020 he released two songs along with two music videos, Lova and Love and peace, those videos are currently on rotation on the Caribvision networks around the world, cbctv8 in Barbados, synergytv and TTT in Trinidad. He also released Friends with Benefits in 2021. In 2024 he released "Hungry 4 Fun" for T&T carnival 2024. His music is available on all music platforms on the internet.
