Several Mouth Parts first got together in 1971, went through several incarnations until 1975, took a brief 30 year break and reformed in 2006 when our former keyboard player found tapes he had made back in 1972. Those tapes were made into our first album, "The Mind Is The Body, The Body Is The Mind", and was released in 2006. In 2008, the band began working on a follow-up album, "Vexed To Nightmare". Vexed was completed in 2010, but was not released until 2016. Since then, SMP has released "Boo! You Pretty Thing!" in 2017, "Moonlight Drive" in 2018, "El Camino Surreal" in 2019 and "World of Wonders" in 2020. More to come! ENJOY!
