Born in the heart of Texas, Shadowstar is on the ascent to becoming the latest Peak Time Techno producer/DJ to come out of Austin's burgeoning club scene. Since gaining the attention of Mau5trap and appearing on "We Are Friends Vol. 11" his releases have also appeared on IAMT, Affluenza, Lazuli Red, and Mercurial Tones.
With a sound that combines deep hypnotic elements with driving techno beats, Shadowstar has performed at legendary venues like The Concourse Project, as well as festivals like Seismic Spring Edition. His broad range of musical influences includes Umek and Matt Lange, as well as progressive rock icons The Moody Blues and Pink Floyd.
