South London-based artist Shakeel Romero of mixed heritage, uses his versatile sound to convey his hardships throughout his childhood, seeing his Dad being shot at aged 11. Up until his adulthood, including the unfortunate loss of his Mother and good-friend after the release of the 2016 British drama film he featured in ‘BrOTHERHOOD’.
Romero tends to use a mixture of foreign languages and cultures within his music recognised across the Eastern World to express himself, and commonly known for his cheeky references directed at failed relationships. On the other hand, he also uses heartfelt lyrics to uplift and motivate those who have gone through any hardships of their own.
Since starting his music journey, Romero has been using his own social media platforms to independently build his artist name and has been included on platforms such as SBTV and GRM Daily.
