I grew up making rock and roll. My first two albums, “Dedication” and “Right Now,” were the culmination of all my early years making music.
Not long after that, I felt inspired to try a new direction; I’ve been listening to hip-hop since I was a kid, and I’ve always loved the vibrant energy of that music, so I spent a number of years focusing almost entirely on rhyming.
I wasn’t done though: growing up loving the pop music of the 80s and 90s maybe just as much as I loved pop punk and hip hop — well, you probably see where this is going.
At this point, whether it’s rock, pop, or hip-hop, I just hope I can make music that lifts people up, music that helps each person to recognize their own value, and music that helps us all to recognize the value in each other.
I hope you find some music in the catalog that fills you up, no matter what genre it is. I’m going to keep it all coming.
