Sheela are a grunge punk band based and formed in Belfast. Having met at the Oh Yeah Centre, the group have taken major stylistic influences from bands such as Hole, Le Tigre, PJ Harvey, and Veruca Salt.
Starting their music dominance in early 2023, Sheela have grown over the year and grasped a heavy punk sound to create their own original music, releasing their debut single ‘Anarchy in Versailles’ in October. Their punchy vocals and assertive harmonies accompanied with their guitar, bass and drums is what has established their growing name in the local music industry.
