Sherpa, a Danish/Nepalese solo artist is releasing his debut album AVALON, conceptualized around the pursuit of portraying the bittersweet relationship between one's past and present- self. From start to finish, AVALON takes the listener on a journey into the space between triumph and torment, in the feelings of loss, hope, safety and relief. Each track on the album is accompanied by a live session, giving the viewer visual insights into the lyrical concepts and stories while showcasing Sherpa’s unique vocal range and compelling melodies.

Notable themes from the album include the emotional weight of prediction heard in the title track “Avalon”, the split and unbalance of the artist’s Nepalese roots in “Stranger To You”, and the companionship of spirituality in “Seven Cups On Their Heads”. Sherpa channels the fight against inner battles while embracing the guiding light of hope and positivity.
