A sensational voice, a colourful personality and talented songwriter-2019 is going to be Shirin's year!

Shirin’s career kick-started back in January 2018, with the single “<a href="spotify:track:2esO4MRb6Yw88MyMJ12g8P" data-name="Together We Are Weak">Together We Are Weak</a>” and ended in a finale with the release of her debut album “<a href="spotify:album:05zRqumNObuHqdOEzo24hv" data-name="Almost Lover">Almost Lover</a>” in May 2018.
Shirin also has her own live band that she currently is on tour with in Scandinavia.
”We started playing together four years ago. Drums, bass, piano/backing vocals and a girl who also sings backing vocals, handles pads and plays percussion. You can't buy a really good band for money. They carry you as a singer, and make you perform at the top
of your ability”.
Shirin's mother is from Germany, and her father from Lebanon. Both are doctors.
”In fact, most of my immediate family are doctors. My parents, my aunt, my cousin, and my grandfather. The only one who's not a doctor, is my grandmother on my mother's side, who is a French interpreter”, Shirin smiles.
She describes herself as ”an old soul”. Her childhood was divided, both geographically and language wise. She had to move a lot during her childhood, and when she was six years old, her parents split up.
Music became an outlet where she could deal with anger frustration and
other thoughts.
