Combining the distinct vibes of 80s dance pop and electro funk along with the production techniques and crispness of modern pop, Shuffle Baby brings their own fresh brand of retro and utterly shameless synth pop. The Norwegian up&coming trio have independently released several singles, and released their debut EP "Posers" in 2019. The EP showcases the band's unique and yet instantly recognisable sound, featuring lush analog synthesizers, hard-hitting drum machines and funky guitar licks, as highlighted by lead single "Hot Love".
Following the 2020 outbreak of Covid-19, the band was forced to abandon all plans of live shows and recording in high end studios. Instead, the band opted for a self-imposed home-studio exile, producing and recording their own music by themselves for the first time. In a way, the pandemic turned out to be a blessing in disguise after all, as the soon-to-be-released music has never sounded better.
Stay funky, stay safe.
