In 2022 Sideburn celebrated 25 years of music and has released their 9th album « Fired up » on the 10th of June. The follow-up to 2017's "#EIGHT" has been recorded live (for the music) early July 2021 at DA-MF Studio in Lausanne (Switzerland), the platinum winning engineer & producer Dennis Ward, who has previously worked with bands such as Angra, Krokus, Tesla, Unisonic, House of Lords, Pink Cream 69 & more... has handled the recording, mixing, mastering & production.
The famous american cover book artist Ivan Zann has taken care of the artwork of the album.
