Dimitar Vasilev aka <a href="spotify:artist:6Xtosjg7neuDwse58cH35k" data-name="Silfredim">Silfredim</a> is a multi-genre self-taught composer, guitarist, pianist, singer and songwriter from Varna, Bulgaria.
Born in the mid 80's he started studying classical guitar and music theory at the age of seven. But after just 6 years he decided to stop his career in music and take another road of his life due to personal reasons. After his graduation in the Naval Academy "N. Vaptsarov" in 2007, he returned back to his musical origin and resumed studying digital music composing, as well as mixing and mastering on different DAWs, starting from Cakewalk, Magix and FL studio.
In 2016, by the name <a href="spotify:artist:6Xtosjg7neuDwse58cH35k" data-name="Silfredim">Silfredim</a> reached the Semi-Final of the International Songwriting Competition, selected from over 16000 entries from around the world. In 2018 he became a part of the Rehegoo Music Group label as an artist and got his first release on major streaming platforms composing in different genres as modern classical music and techno.
From 2021, Silfredim is a self-released independent artist composing music that fits into several different genres, such as contemporary classical, soundtrack, ambient, pop & techno music.
His first album <a href="spotify:album:4mh5bnpnblHJPPdQUSJ7Xe" data-name="My Solo Piano Story">My Solo Piano Story</a> passed 1 million streams on Spotify.
In September 2023, Dimitar Vasilev aka Silfredim started another project by the nick name "DimMyth Keys", expressing his development in self taught piano process.
Currently coming back to his rock roots with his very new single - "You & Me" released on 10th of January, 2025!
