Silhouette is a progressive rock band from the Netherlands. Some call it neo-prog. Whatever the label: the style is melodic, song based, sometimes complex, sometimes heavy, sometimes intimate, but always with a recognizable, original style beyond classic genre boundaries.
In 2015, Silhouette won the Prog Award for the best album in the Netherlands and Belgium: Beyond the Seventh Wave. The band released five albums and a live DVD/CD since its establishment in 2005.
