Simon Pyke’s musical life began in the mid 90’s when he started releasing exploratory electronic music as <a href="spotify:artist:1h7BI0EFmz74mT6aukCtM9" data-name="Freeform">Freeform</a> for labels including <a href="spotify:playlist:7jmzC9NUs1fojTBVKTHfJw" data-name="SKAM RECORDS">SKAM RECORDS</a> and <a href="spotify:playlist:1nHHxMzRJVaD6Cru1okKxd" data-name="Warp Records">Warp Records</a> . In the intervening years Simon has been running his sound design and music company Freefarm, soundtracking everything from VR Installations to large scale events such as <a href="spotify:album:6j2GEitquR5RtVDNSVu0js" data-name="Lighting the Sails">Lighting the Sails</a> at Sydney Opera House.
Simon's switched to releasing under his given name in 2013 on the release of <a href="spotify:album:6M7R4oMHbYokvyKZDlvL22" data-name="Universal Everything & You">Universal Everything & You</a>, a limited edition picture disk released on Warp alongside the installation of the same name at London's Science Museum.
