A trio that brings the funk to d&b! In their music, they blend funky melodies and heavy basslines with live instruments, creating a vibey cocktail best served at dancefloors. Having established themselves on the scene with releases on labels such as Soul Deep or Liquid Boppers, they eventually found a home as part of legendary V Recordings family, cherry-picked by bossman Bryan Gee as one of the new-school aliases for Liquid V. Bryan himself supports their infectious sound in most of his sets & podcasts, but you can also hear their tunes rinsed in sets of upfront DJs like Jumpin’ Jack Frost, Rene LaVice, Command Strange, BCee, Dossa & Locuzzed etc.
They perform as a DJ act accompanied by horns (sax+trumpet) and usually don’t stay within just liquid funk but go for a blend of all funky subgenres of dnb. At times, they even stretch their musical wings outside the dnb realm, blending a myriad of musical influences that all drum and bass aficionados and connoisseurs of fine music can appreciate, as they remain moving on the dancefloor during their sets.
