SIREN

Sylvester Kuan Kai Xuan, known as SIREN is a Malaysian Producer, Rapper, DJ & Songwriter. Who’s music aims to embody individuality, blending his love for Hip-Hop & it’s storytelling with other alternative dance music genres. Raised in Penang Island, he began his career in 2019 as a producer while still in high school, making beats & soundtracks for local singers in Penang, while also writing & releasing his own music. He would later move to the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur in 2022 and grew to perform as a Electronic Music & Open-Format DJ at various clubs & even developed a professional career as a DJ & Music Production instructor.

As an emerging artist-producer, SIREN focuses on bringing the classic storytelling of Hip-Hop together with the energetic rhythms of Electronic Music to be part of the next generation of artists who cultivate the music scene in Malaysia. His music gained traction after releasing a Hip-Hop mixtape called "Tired?", touching on the struggles as an emerging artist like him would have in their journey. In 2023, he also released an Electronic album called "Energy?" the follow up story to the previously mentioned mixtape. Currently, he is pushing the boundaries of both Hip-Hop and EDM to create a blend which would be the main sound of his upcoming album.
