Skunkdog

On the mellow and eye catching island of Kauai, Skunkdog is making some noise. Rocking out with a familiar yet unique sound, they continue to rattle the window panes of these streets.

The trio is known for their original style, mixing it up with rock, reggae, punk, funk, ska, hip hop, and whatever else they feel like!!! They have Hawaii's island style, surfing soul, and an audience appeal, that spans all ages and most musical tastes.

Skunkdog keeps it lively at the shows with high energy performances and hooky melodies that are bound to stick in your head. After playing rocking local venues, various festivals, and touring throughout the islands, the boys have had the awesome opportunity to play in line ups that include “COOLIO“, punk pioneers, "THE VANDALS" at Hard Rock Café on Maui, SASHAMON, THE THROWDOWNS, DONAVON FRANKENREITER, classic punk band "Agent Orange" and PEPPER just to name a few.

Skunkdog is on a mission to move forward, exploring bigger challenges, always looking to progress, reaching more and more people with their music.

Skunkdog has gained momentum with regular radio play on "mainstream" stations such as Kauai's Kong 93.5 , JAMZ 98.1, Island Radio 98.9, KKCR 91.9. They have landing appearances on Maui's Wild 105, Q103, and 96.7, along with Oahu's college radio. Skunkdog has been featured in many of Hawaii's major media including the Star Bulletin, Honolulu Advertiser, Maui News, Maui Weekly, Kauai People, The Garden Island Newspaper, and Billabong TV.
