Alexander Smirnov was born in 1986 in Novosibirsk, Russia. He’s always had
a passion for music, as a child he listened to and recorded cassettes from the
radio, experimented with playing the piano, learned to produce music in
Reason. Trance artists such as ATB, Push, Tiёsto and Armin van Buuren
have had a huge impact on him when he started. A bit later he discovered
deep house legends such as Addex, The Timewriter and Terry Lee Brown Jr.,
they have been influential for him. As a result, a hybrid of the old-school
trance and modern progressive house with experimental insertions was born.
He started producing music in 2005 and released it on labels like Pure Progressive, Enhanced, JOOF, FSOE and Forescape Digital.
