Sling is an alt rock/grunge 3 piece band based in the southern suburbs of Sydney, who have been jamming and performing together since early 2018. With influences ranging from Dinosaur Jr, Nirvana to Black Sabbath, Sling takes on a modern approach to heavy music. Since their inception they have made a reputation for putting on high energy performances inspired by the alternative rock movement of the early 90s. Members include Kieran O’Grady (Bass), Nochi Wakeford (Drums) and Joel Lopez (Guitar/Vocals). Sling is currently working on recording their debut EP.
